When dieters start a new program or decide upon a new supplement they always have questions. And a lot of those questions will be regarding the safety of the new product or weight loss program. Many options offer a long list of side effects that make the benefit far less worthwhile. But with HCG dieters can experience the positive without all the negative.
Some ask about the general safety of HCG. HCG is undeniably safe. Pregnant women can experience high levels of HCG with no negative effects. The small amount ingested during the weight loss program comes with absolutely NO side effects.
Men who are thinking about taking HCG often wonder if the safety issues are different depending upon sex. And the answer is no. It is no different. HCG is just as safe for men as it is for women. (They even tend to lose weight faster than their female counterparts on the diet).
Some supplements can be dangerous in combination with other medications or substances. HCG is not one of these. HCG does not interact with any medication and will not develop any side effects if combined with other substances.
Pregnant women should not attempt to navigate the HCG diet. Although the HCG is not harmful to pregnant women, they should not attempt to limit their caloric intake as intensely as is expected while on the HCG program. If a dieter on the program realizes they’re pregnant, they should stop using the program right away.
HCG offers results without side effects. It’s hard to believe for many, but it’s true. The safety of HCG is one of its many positive attributes. In comparison with other dieting supplements, the HCG is extremely gentle on the body. And that’s really saying something considering the extreme results it offers.
